Prior to joining the Academy, Elise earned nonprofit association management experience with positions at the Financial Planning Association (FPA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), American Library Association (ALA)and SmithBucklin.
Elise has a BA in Communication from Ohio State University as well as a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of Georgia.
